Group workouts are up to 75 minutes in length.
Your workout is custom designed during the 4 private sessions, and taught to you in the 4th. You then have the choice of either moving into group workouts (shared supervision and instruction), or continue with private lessons. Many clients do a combination of both, or utlize the 'workout review' option and book a private session every 3-6 months to overhaul their program.
