Enjoy the soft heat sweat of our infrared sauna. Located in a private room with shower and sound system, the sauna is a relaxing dry heat environment that promotes detoxification, weight loss, recovery from injury and overall relaxation.
Prices:
1 sauna for $20.00 plus GST
10 saunas for $150.00 plus GST
Sauna Hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:15am -8:00pm
Friday 8:15am-5:00pm
Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm
